The Service You Deserve!

 

  • Upon arrival we will identify ourselves and greet you. 

 

  •  
    We will then ask for a tour of your home or business to identify the location of your system(s), all hidden vent openings and any other components that may be present.

 

  •  One or more of our 
    8",  10", or 12" diameter vacuum hoses will connect your system to our powerful vacuum. 

 

  • We isolate and clean each side of your system separately! This prevents additional dirt from being into or thru your heat exchanger and indoor coil during cleaning. 

 

  • Supply & return vent covers are removed and cleaned as are their respective vent openings.

 

  • We inspect and/or clean your blower, indoor coil, electronic air cleaner metal cells and prefilters, washable filters and any other component in your system.

 

  • Pneumatic cleaning tools powered by up to 200psi of air pressure are used in conjunction with our powerful vacuum to dislodge and remove the dirt from your system. These tools will safely clean all types of duct work including lined metal and fiberglass duct board.   

 

  • Multiple passes are made through each duct using a variety of tools to give you the most thorough cleaning possible and our thorough 
    cleaning continues until our live video camera clearly shows that each duct is clean!  

 

  • When all of the branch ducts for the return side of your system have been cleaned, we will access and clean the main ducts and plenum in a similar manner. The process is then repeated for the other side of the system. 

 

  • Upon completion, all access holes are sealed air tight. Your system is then reassembled and tested for proper operation.
